History
Established in 2010.
What started as cooking chicken wings for family gatherings soon exploded in March 2010, as demand for my wings gained quick popularity, providing me the opportunity to start my local catering business.
My culinary philosophy is based on a committment to utilizing only fresh local ingredients, from herbs and spices, seafood, poultry and meats, to seasonal greens and vegetables. In addition, I focus on offering a limited menu of signature entrees & salads, homemade cheesecakes and desserts, and of course, my famous chicken wings!
OK, let’s talk «wings». The secret to my wings is in the homemade sauce! A slowly simmered and masterful blend of secret ingredients that I can only share with you through the flavorful taste that will leave you begging for more. Savor the famous hot and sticky award winning recipe, or choose from varying levels of sweet and spicy sauces that smother fresh and delicious «full size» chicken wings; definitely not the small drumettes from others
