Completely unprofessional. Do business with these people at your own risk, they’re criminals themselves.
Basically, my husband and I are owed bond money and after months of dodging us, giving us the most ridiculous excuses as to why they couldn’t pay, my husband and I have decided to file a claim in Small Claims court in attempt to recoup the money owed to us. We’ve also contacted the Better Business Bureau and are looking into having their business audited.
After reading many reviews online, I see that Mr and Mrs Baptiste have a game that they play where they tell clients they will be called back and then they are never contacted again. We have months of emails, texts, and verizon call logs proving our attempts to collect the debt owed so feel free to contact me directly if you’re interested in knowing more about this broke down, illegitimate business.
Also, FYI… He and his con artist wife belong behind bars. I’ll be doing everything in my power to make sure the city of Danbury, and if necessary, the state of Connecticut aware of their unethical business practices.
