Does anyone at Quest know how this facility functions? I have managed to avoid using Quest for several years(I use Danbury Hospital instead) due to prior poor experiences. However, I needed to use Quest recently, and scheduled an appointment via their automated system at the Germantown location. The day of my appointment, it took 45 minutes after my appointment time to be assigned a technician, who immediately complained to me that she had just been asked to work extra hours and then proceeded to enumerate her stress level. Due to her distraction by her upset, her cell phone going off, etc., she required several tries to fill out the electronic workflow for my test. I am not confident she was able to complete it, successfully. Don’t ever think of using this facility.
