History

Established in 1999.

Rachel’s Attic is a family owned business that began as a booth in an antique mall. After a year we opened our own shop on the outskirts of town, and then moved downtown three years ago. We’re proud to do business in a certified Main Street Community and a historic district that is a part of the National Register! Our shop is located in downtown Dandridge, Tennessee, on the second floor of the historic Gass Building ca.1826. We are at the corners of Gay and Main Streets and share the upstairs with the Dandridge General Store.

We seek to provide a selection of quality antiques and collectibles at reasonable prices. Together we have over fifty years of experience as collectors, and dealers of antiques. Paper items, glassware, and small advertising pieces are among our favorite collectibles. We have a stock of over 20,000 collectibles postcards including town views, holidays and advertising.
