Boot Camp is designed for every level and will improve the
current level of fitness of everyone that participates. All
aspects of fitness (cardio, strength and flexibility) are
covered which will give you the kick start you need to get on
the road to optimum health. This program is designed
to keep you motivated, disciplined and structured so
you will not only see great results you will also have a great
experience.
History
Established in 2004.
I am a Certified Personal/Group Trainer, I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, teaching various boot camps as well as personal training. People ask me everyday how I can get up so early? It’s easy, we start our day off right, we have a great group of people, people who have been with me 10 years straight! This is a great workout, focusing on strength, cardio and flexibility. We are «family.» But we get the job done as well… if you are looking for a fun, different type of workout, you need to join us.
