After our call to another hospice company led no where, we called Care Dimensions. From the get go, the knowledge, professionalism, and care we received were top notch across the board. Our Social Worker, Nurse and the Chaplin were all very instrumental in helping my grandmother pass comfortably at home. Our visits never felt rushed and we genuinely enjoyed the team. Thank you!
