History

Established in 2015.

I am Attorney David McLoon, and I have been practicing law in the area of consumer bankruptcy since 1986. I concentrate exclusively on consumer bankruptcy, helping individuals and small businesses with debt problems including credit card debt, foreclosures, repossessions, tax debts and student loans. I am a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

I was named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year in 2001 for helping Neighborhood Legal Clinic design and present seminars on debt collection and Bankruptcy for their low income clients and conduct attorney training in Bankruptcy Practice. I was also named a Foster Parent of the Year in 2007 by the Department of Children and Families in conjunction with the Massachusetts Society on Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
