N. Terry Fayad, DMD, PC

I’ve been to Fayad a few times over the years. First off, my teeth are just naturally terrible and I’ve been to a million dentists in my life, all I can usually do is barely keep up with their degradation. However, sometimes the work that some dentists does doesn’t last very long, but the work Dr. Fayad has done for me always lasts forever, so he does great work. Honestly Dr. Fayad himself isn’t that remarkably charming and he usually has his assistant take over talking to patients. She’s very nice anyway. My only issue is that with all my dental issues I feel like he saw me as a lost cause, which is sort of true since there’s no way to afford all that I need even with my insurance. It’s a bit discouraging. His prices are decent anyway, probably because I get to pay insurance contracted prices. As far as comfort goes it’s nothing special either. Honestly not my favorite dentist but he does a good job.

Dr. Terry and his office did a great job on my teeth. I was going there for regular checkups and recently I decided to have my teeth straightened. They look great. Between that and some whitening, I have a new smile. I love it!

they never called, disappointed … and his wife kept telling me
I could slept through his procedures (No Pain) but that’s not true
its hurts just like any other dentist …

I have been seeing Dr Fayad for about ten years now. He is the best dentist I have ever had. His staff is wonderful. In all these years, I only had to wait once, appts are always on time.
He takes all insurances and is willing to work with you.
Highly recommended.

Best dentist ever. The office is super clean and they have all the newest tools. Stuff I’ve never seen in any other offices. The staff is friendly and helpful. They work with my insurance and my schedule. I drive from Revere to Beverly to go there and it’s totally worth it.

Fillings. Hopefully they will be the only kind of drilling that ever happens to my teeth. I had to have three done and I expected to be there forever. I showed up 15 minutes early and was called by one of the dental assistants right at the time that my appointment was supposed to start. The woman who was acting as the receptionist for the time being was very nice and seems to be persistent for the patients since she was having to deal with a computer when calling an insurance company. I definitely don’t envy her that task.
Dr. Fayad was, as usual, very nice, but efficient in getting things done. I only ended being in his office for an hour. It was nice to know that he was concerned about whether or not a patient is in pain. I didn’t even feel it when he injected the novocaine into my gum line. When it came to drilling he said that if I felt uncomfortable at any point that I just had to raise my hand and they’d stop. I really appreciated that even though I didn’t feel anything while they continued with their work. I think it also helped that the chair I was in faced the window so I could be distracted by more than just the ceiling.

Hmmmm. It’s pretty weird rating a dentist or a doctor, but I’m going to try it anyway. I mean, frankly, isn’t it pass/​fail with them. If they do anything wrong, they get one star. After all, this is your health we are talking about, right?
Dr. Fayad is really good. My experiences did not start out on a good note with him, as my first appointment consisted of two teeth being pulled, the first teeth I’ve had yanked. But, he did a great job of it, and I didn’t feel a thing. Other than that, he has done a great job on my teeth. Luckily I haven’t had any problems yet with my teeth, and I’m hoping to keep it that way.
I like the small office of his in the Cummings Center. A smaller place gives it a nice atmosphere that I really like. They seem to be fairly technologically advanced, not that I would really know… I am worried, though, that he might be a Yankees fan. He looks and sounds like he is from NYC.
But, Dr. Fayad is the best dentist I have ever gone to, and I recommend him highly if you are looking for a dentist for you or your teenager (maybe not the best for kids, but you could…)
