Called before I came to bring a new king sized comforter to be cleaned and I wanted to make sure I could pick it up in the morning the next day. I was told by 10am it would be done (dropped it around 6pm day prior). I came in the morning to find nobody working (which I knew was a possibility) and my comforter in one of the dryers with the door open and not dry. I get it, stuff happens, but it was needed by 11 and someone should have called. I spoke to the owner who said it was taking an extra long time to dry and wouldn’t be ready on time. I took it anyway thinking I could dry the rest of it. I got home and tried to open it up and found it like the picture in my post. It was a big fluff ball and could not be untangled. I brought it back and said i would be back after the weekend as it was now useless to me. Long story short, came back today to get it and was expected to pay full price. No way. Got home and put it on the bed and found the fluff doesn’t reach throughout the comforter anymore and it was a wrinkled mess. I was asked not to bring it back and I wouldn’t plan on it after this experience. Bad service and bad quality. Very disappointing.

A 5 star laundry matt you ask. What is there a concierge? No but they have huge washers that fit my king size heavy weight down comforters. The washers are like 7 bucks a pop, but quicker and less expensive than the dry cleaners, which is 35 bucks a comforter. Whoa, can you say DIY!
I have a washer and dryer at home but they are too small for the comforters. This place is clean and pleasant. They have a restroom that is clean also.
There is a little bench if you want to sit outside and wait.
Next time if I have a lot of laundry I’ll spend the money and bring all of my dirty clothes just to get everything done at once.
There is an sub shop next door that offers decent food and very clean, with USB outlets to charge your phone. They have restrooms as well.
So next time I won’t wait so long to wash my comforters. I was a dirty dirty girl!
