Diablo Printing & Copy

I have had 2 adoption brochure styles printed here. The first I had 26 copies made and it was $ 86. Never mind that they were incredibly rude on the phone! I had to update some photos and reprint 26 again and all of the sudden now the price for 26 of the exact same brochure just with an updated photo was now $ 91.
They are incredibly rude on the phone and have random price structures. I will be looking for a different place in the future.

My Aunt created our wedding programs and referred us to print them here … and I have been using them ever since.
They have been my go-​to printer through the course of grad school. My thesis was printed professionally and nicely.

I would give this place 2.5 stars, but the rating system wouldn’t let me. Two weeks ago I ordered some pretty basic business cards. I thought they would be ready within a few days, so I called up Diablo. The man in charge said they were not ready yet. The good is that he gave me 50 free «placeholder» cards, as near to the cards I ordered as possible, so that I could have them for a business event.
The bad is that no one at Diablo then bothered to call and tell me when my REAL cards were ready. I finally called up today, and the front desk woman was rude and impatient. She clearly didn’t give a crap. I can forgive them forgetting to tell me, but not for acting rude when I called to find out what was going on. Fire the front desk person and I’ll give you three stars.

By far the BEST copy place I’ve ever been to! Lydia is amazing and goes out of her way to help you. I never thought I could have such strong feelings for a copy place, but if you are in the East Bay they are hands down the shop to do business with!
