I met with a recruiter here that seemed to talk more about himself then care about what I had to say. Set me up with one mediocre gig that I was over qualified for. I interviewed and did not get the position. He never called me to tell me I didn’t get the job and so I contacted him to find out. I never heard from the recruiter again. Worst experience with a recruiter. I would not recommend using them if your looking for a job.

I want to first, and foremost, point out that some of the negative reviews I have seen on here seriously surprised me. I’m not sure if they’re even referring to the same agency, but if they are — I am going to be transparent about my experience with them.
To start — I ended up not going with the offer that they helped me land, not because of anything they did, or the company they placed me with, but timing and an alternate offer with a deadline.
I worked with Cliff — and Cliff is an amazing professional Recruiter. What I enjoyed most was his knowledge in the industry and how he kept me up to date, and well informed throughout the entire process.
When things needed to be escalated due to timing and decision making mostly on my part, Cliff had even involved the President, Tiffany, and she personally contacted me to provide me updates on a Friday after 5PM.
Never have I seen a staffing agency/​recruiting agency GENUINELY care about my interest first, and not theirs. Never have I seen a recruiter go the extra mile, but I know this is just how Cliff is naturally.
If and when the time comes for me to have to make the move again, Dynamics is my go to recruiting agency for all of my career decisions, and for anyone on the fence, don’t be. I can assure you that they will treat you like royalty, and provide you honest advice. Unlike other recruiting agencies that just want to get paid and throw you wherever the big bucks will get them, they will put you where you will be the happiest and care about your future like your family.
If I could give them an extra star I would, but Unilocal won’t allow it :)

Car Salesman pitch … I hate that.
Beware, if you are a company looking for employee. Make sure you get everything itemized in writing.

I interviewed with the executive recruiter and he was terrible. He was curt, arrogant, impatient and was a terrible listener. He was the most unprofessional recruiter I have every interacted with. I am an HR Executive and assumed I would be treated with a small amount of professional courtesy, If you are an employer, I would not want this company representing me in the market place. They could only damage your employment brand. There are other more professional staffing agencies in the Bay Area.

Dynamic is so awesomely busy that they don’t need any more clients.
I called Caity Kimball regarding a posted position:
Monday — Sorry Caity is not in the office yet, but I will take a message and I promise she will call you when she gets in today, around 11am.
Tuesday — I’m sorry Caity is out of the office at lunch at the moment, I promise to have her call you, as soon as she returns.
Wednesday — I’m sorry Caity is on another phone call at the moment, but I promise to have her call you.
Thursday — I’m sorry, I understand that you have been trying to reach Caity, she is on another phone call. I promise you, I will get her the message that you have been trying to reach her.
Yeah, if Caity EVER decides to call me, she will learn a little bit about customer service from a professional. ..

Looking for a good employment agency, well this isn’t it. I went in and signed up, took the tests and never heard from them again.

I have never had a worst experience with a temp agency in my life. First off, I am given a lead to drive an hour away to Elk Grove from Folsom to interview with AT&T/Parrot. I call the lady (Judy) who got me the interview, and she informs me that I have a second interview. And that was it. Over two weeks went by, before another person at Dynamic (Ali Recio) informed me that the company had decided to «look elsewhere» for employers. What makes it worse, is everytime I would call to find out when this 2^nd interview was, I started getting a major attitude from the lady (Barb) who answered the phone. Well, if they had done their job and informed me of when this second interview was, I wouldn’t have had to call so much.
Another disturbing thing too. Judy made it very clear to me, that if the AT&T/Parrot job didn’t work out, that the company had plenty of other positions they could get me into. So I was really counting on what she said. Guess what? When Ali e-​mailed me more than two weeks after the interview, she informed me that Dynamic had no positions that «matched my skills». Now wait a second? She doesn’t even know my skills. I have years of office work, retail experience, manual labor, and sales/​marketing, yet she says that the company has nothing for me?
What makes this hard, is that there are hardly any temp agencies in the area, and they are pretty much «it». So they treat their potential clients like dog doo doo. Stay clear from them

I have to say the Dynamic office and Accounting Solutions is the best by far. They are hands down the best recruiting company I’ve worked with yet. I’ve been working with quit a few companies over the past couple of months with very little luck. I’ve had the best communication and am going on a ton of interviews. These folks are high energy and full of a «Win/​Win» attitude. I will use this company from now on. I highly recommend Dynamic Solutions.

Dynamic was great, Al was my agent. He got me placed & was diligent in getting my interviews set with the company I was pursuing employment with along with feedback from interviewers. I heard from him twice a week & he saw it through with me. I have referred both friends & family to Dynamic.

I never met a group of people who cared so much about their employee’s, their clients and the promise to exhaust all efforts to assist in job placement. They truly uphold a real honest reputation with integrity. I started with Dynamic as a temporary employee. As a temporary employee to becoming a permanent employee. The goal has always been consistent. I recommend Dynamic, whether you are looking for a temporary job or trying to find a career. Tiffany and the staff at Dynamic will make sure they help you get there.

I don’t think I would be where I am today without Dynamic. Working with Dynamic helped me in so many ways when I was looking for jobs. Not only did they help me get my resume in order, but they were super nice and helpful with the whole process.
I had tried other agencies and none of them had the personal touch that Dynamic gives. The other places you are a # to them, with Dynamic you are more like family and they care for you and your situation and will do their best to help you out.

FYI I do not agree with the review from Alesha C. — Christina was awesome and very very sweet and wonderful. I worked as a temp and with them for years and never had heard of anything like that ever. I even worked in their office as reception and never heard of any complaints.

As I recall, my placement agent’s name was Christina. I am unsure if she is still with the company, but I can say she was a hideous agent! Incredibly unprofessional! I recall I was nearing the end of my assignment (I believe I had two days left) and I had found a permanent position. I called to tell her I would need to end the assignment early as my new position asked that I start right away. She called me at the office where she placed me and began to berate me on the phone, literally yelling at me, so loud I’m sure those around me heard her. I had never been witness to such vulgar behavior, I was only in my early 20s at the time. We as temporary workers know the client (and placement agency) can get rid of you at the drop of a dime, but should you find a better opportunity and decide to leave them, that is another story entirely! Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE talent services from this company. If Christina is still an employee I would caution everyone not to choose Dynamic as their agency.
(The other reviews for this agency are from the client’s point of view, mine, just as relevant, is from the talent’s standpoint. Prospective temp workers, beware of this agency.)

I have previously worked as a contractor for Dynamic and recently made a visit to them in seek of work again. Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions is by far the most amazing staffing service I have ever worked with/​for. I have worked as a staffing manager at two staffing agencies in the past and have never witnessed the passion for helping people that I have seen with Tiffany and her team. This company absolutely deserves the name «Dynamic». This company’s Staffing Consultants go above and beyond their call of duty to get to know their candidates and genuinely do their best to make each potential or current employee feel special and cared for. They make me feel so unique and special that if I could ever do anything for them that would make them feel remotely as special as they make me feel, I would go out of my way to do it… which is what brought me writing this review. If you, as a client or candidate, desire to have a personal caring relationship with your vendor or employer, trust that Dynamic will do exceedingly and abundantly more than you can ask or think. They are AWESOME!

I have been a client for and a placement of Dynamic Office Solutions. I have worked with them off and on (depending on my needs) for the past 12 years. You cannot find a more trustworthy company to work with or for. I have worked with other agencies and they do not come close to the high-​level of service I received as a recipent of their placements or as as a placement of Dynamic Office Solutions. Great company! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
