Sorry it has taken me so long to write this review! A year ago my husband and I were looking to purchase a home in San Ramon, There were not a lot of homes to choose from. Jackie made us feel like we were her only client and worked hours on end to find us our dream home! She was unbelievably professional and a pit bull when it came to negotiating! In a multiple bid situation she made sure the seller accepted our offer. I really felt that she was looking out for our family. I would highly recommend Jackie Horewitz if you are buying/​selling a home! You will not be disappointed!!!

Jackie Horewitz is more than a realtor — she’s an advisor, a confidant, a friend. Jackie not only helped us to find the perfect house but she led us through the process of structuring an offer that the sellers couldn’t refuse. Her knowledge of the market and of home appraisals was invaluable. Jackie is extremely intuitive — it didn’t take her long to really hone in to what we were looking for in a home. The time that she spent with us, showing houses, working with the home inspectors, completing paperwork with the mortgage company, and babysitting the appraisers was incredibly vital to the entire process. Since we don’t live in California, did most of the purchase long distance. Having a realtor that we really trusted gave us comfort in completing the transaction. By the way, the house that we purchased isn’t even in Danville, her «home» territory — it is in Concord, which demonstrates how far Jackie will go to serve her clients.
I highly recommend Jackie Horewitz and anybody that hires her would not only be contracting with an excellent realtor, but more importantly, an excellent person.

While some may prefer to have every available listing sent their way, we truly appreciated having her carefully filter the results for homes that met all of our criteria. It saved us a great deal of time and effort, and showed her understanding of exactly what we were looking for.
— Extremely responsive, extremely flexible. There was unlimited attention and patience on her part while guiding us through every step of the home-​buying process. Jackie’s guidance and availability helped us deal with the surprises came our way. Jackie seemed one step ahead at all times, ready with a solution to keep us on-​track to closing.
— Her background as an appraiser is extremely valuable and gives you a perspective you don’t really get from other realtors. It turned out to be a real asset for us.
Thanks to Jackie’s skills we closed on a wonderful home that we’re extremely happy with. Again, I would highly recommend her based on our great experience working with her.
