Personal Touch Pool Service Only

We rent a beautiful executive home in Pleasanton, and the owner uses this company for the pool cleaning service. We’ve been here over 3 years and have never been really happy with the job that Bobby does on our pool, but recently it’s gotten much worse. Our pool cleaner stopped working weeks ago, and instead of attending to the repairs or making a recommendation, he ignores it. When he cleans out the filter basket, he dumps any accumulated debris on our putting green (next to the pool) as opposed to walking it to the garbage or dumping it in the bushes. His visits usually last only a few minutes, to dump chemicals in the pool and leave, although since the pool sweep broke he’s been doing a bit more cleaning. Today I spoke with Bobby about our dissatisfaction with his service, and he placed the blame on us and took no responsibility. Since the owner of the property lives in Florida, there’s no real accountability for his lack of performance, so we’re left to make repairs to the equipment ourselves or live with a dirty pool. He asked me if all I did was get up in the morning and start complaining, I told him no, but I would be set on correcting those that aren’t doing their job, which I was comfortable with, being the owner of a large advertising business with 7 employees. He told me to f*** myself and to call the property owner to report him. Even though he didn’t suggest it, I thought this would also be a good forum to report the level of service his company provides, especially since he is the owner.
