With the help of his youngest daughter, Mallory and her husband, Marcelino, he has been able to make Window Genie of the Tri Valley a success very rapidly.

These guys were great. 5 stars, 10 stars, whatever you would give for the best! Marcelino was awesome. We had them clean around 50 windows in our home in San Ramon. They were «white glove» when it came to working around our silk draperies and crowded furniture. They even changed batteries on our super high second floor roller shades. Everything they did, they did with a smile. A pleasure to work with. And reasonably priced. Keep calling to get through for an appointment! It’s worth it!

Just had our gutters cleaned on two properties. From the initial contact with Lisa, who btw is just the nicest and most competent person you could hope to have a first contact with, through a speedy quote and finally a super thorough job by Marcelino, the entire process was seamless and very professional. The business is family run with the attention to detail and follow through that often is unpredictable with larger companies. I would highly recommend Window Genie with absolutely no reservations. And in the event something was not done to your satisfaction I got the feeling that a speedy and friendly remedy would be forthcoming. That’s comforting.

I called on a rainy day to see if I could set up a gutter clean out job with them and not expecting a same day appointment, they obliged. A technician was at our house within the hour and did a fantastic job. Very thorough clean out, leaving no mess behind either. He even adjusted the estimated quote down from the original price, stating the job was a little easier than 1st presumed. That’s good honest business and I would highly recommend this company for any gutter or window cleaning services you might need.

Had some screens made and the Window Genie team were top notch professionals throughout the whole process. Lisa in the main office was very helpful and arranged for my smaller job to be taken care of along along the same route as some of their larger routes. I wasn’t home when they did the work, but the tech called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, did the work and left behind a great finished product. Highly recommend.

5 STARS!!! Great service, from the setting up of the appointment (thank you Lisa) to the actual work getting done! ANTHONY S. was AWESOME! He identified our gutter problems immediately and got right to work. Our old, broken gutter guards were removed, our gutters were completely cleaned, a collapsing end on one of our gutters was fixed, clean up from falling gutter debris was done beautifully, including the cleaning of our windows. We appreciate the education that Anthony gave us about using the proper gutter guards and the frequency of gutter cleaning. Anthony even took photos of our full gutters to show us how they looked before cleaning and gave us a report on how our tile roof looked. We would highly recommend this company and Anthony for future service. Thank you!

Great Service! From appointment set up, to estimate, to getting the work done we experienced nothing but super good service. We had screens made for many of our windows, they fit perfectly and I couldn’t be happier that I could open windows during this last heat wave. We also had 4 windows tinted with UV blocking film. The windows look great and over the long run I hope the film will save our hardwood floors from fading. Can’t wait to have them clean my windows.

Got a quote from the owner John on Monday told him I was having a party and needed windows cleaned by Saturday. He made it happen and sent three hardworking and nice guys (Marcalino, Burke, Anthony) to my home. They did a fabulous job and did a walk through before they left to ensure everything looked good. They also repaired a sliding door screen.

I just had my windows and screens cleaned, and a screen repaired by Window Genie of the Tri Valley. They did an excellent job. Ricky Hernandez and Alan Carmona were thorough and professional. After finishing the job, they continued to do walk throughs to make sure they didn’t miss a small smudge. They were courteous, and very mindful that sometimes people might be nervous giving others the run of their house. Every time Ricky or Alan would need to go to the bedrooms etc., they would find me and say: «if you don’t mind, we’ll be working in this room or that room.» Not that I was worried about anything, but I really appreciated the gesture. They wore shoe coverings when working in carpeted areas and put down floor covering to prevent spills. They worked non-​stop and my windows and screens are immaculate.
I’d also like to mention that the owners, John and Lisa are great and friendly people. Everything went smoothly from setting an appointment, getting the estimate, to the actual window/​screen cleaning. And, their prices are very reasonable. I’ve definitely found my window washing company!

Just wanted to thank you for sending Cyril out on June 30, 2014 to clean the outside of our home. He did a great job. He was out here a little over 4 hours in the heat! I don’t know how he did it. Lisa is the best thing here. Very sweet and nice to talk to, but service was ok, just ok.
1. First within less than 2 hours of windows cleaning start, they tell me they are out of time, so can not clean more. I was like what! I told them cleaning is not by time but by number of doors and windows. They then continue.
2. Their guarantee is windows streak free. But they do not ensure it on their own. I had to go inspect each window inside/​outside; each door inside outside and show them so so many streaks which they then grudgingly took off. One of them even told me that it can’t be cleaned but I showed him easily that it was a streak, not paint.
3. They did not clean any of the frames or window sills. Again I had to go check inside/​outside and told them and then they cleaned it.
