These people are scammers. They’ll bill you for services they say they performed without ever asking you if you wanted them to do it in the first place. I’ve never heard of this company before, but they said they bought a termite contract from the builder of my house and then came out WITHOUT asking me and performed services (how would I know, nothing was ever left at my house). They then billed me for whatever they said they did. I ended up having to call and complain about it and then I was told about some random $ 1 million coverage guarantee and they didn’t want it to lapse so they had to perform services immediately. It sounded like a total scam. Don’t be fooled. When you buy a new house, don’t let these people tell you that you owe them money when you didn’t want them to come around and spray in the first place. When I start seeing termite swarms, I might decide later on to call someone, but it won’t be these jokers. Steer clear.
