I have brought my car several times to chucks for repair work and general maintenance. Chuck has always given me fair prices and the I have never had an issue with the work. Good mechanic and fair prices keep me coming back

I have been using this place for a number of years. Honest and far better prices than using a dealer. Good, knowledgable mechanics. All the repairs needed have lasted. I go out of my way to go here.

Staff is honest and prices are more than reasonable! I first brought my car here because the dealership told me I needed thousands of dollars in maintenance which I couldn’t believe since I maintain my car on a routine basis, only to bring it here and find out that 95% of what the dealer said was false! I was referred by a close friend and I’m glad I was because for any and all car stuff I will always bring my car here!

I’ve brought my car to Chucks a few times, but after my most recent experience I won’t ever be coming back. My car has been stalling occasionally for over a year now and I have brought it to Chucks to be worked on. They will tinker with it and say they think it’s fixed, but after a few weeks I start having the problem again. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I wasn’t charged very much for these attempts.
This time, my car stalled and I was nearby so I drove it straight to Chucks so they could figure out the problem. It stalled again on the way there. When I walked into their office and told one of the mechanics about my problem he said that they were too busy to help me. After I explained my problem again and practically BEGGED him to help, he agreed to see why my check engine light was on. He angrily went out to check it, came back in, and said that they don’t fix the problem that was causing the check engine light to turn on because they had problems fixing that in the past. He said it was still stalling when he checked it but said I could try waiting half an hour and then take it somewhere else. If I left it there he might be able to get to it by the end of the next day.
I had it towed to a nearby Honda dealership and they told me it was just the ignition switch (a different problem than what they told me at Chucks!) and they fixed it for free within a few hours of when I brought it in (without an appointment!).
So the moral of the story is avoid Chucks unless you can schedule when your car is going to break down because they will not be willing to help you if you don’t have an appointment. I would also make sure you can tell them what is wrong because they will have trouble diagnosing problems that are obvious to other mechanics.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! We have a BMW that we took for a heating and cooling issue. After fixing the fan, Bob kept the car for 3 more weeks, claiming he could not figure out why we still could not regulate the heat with the controls in the car. Finally, after paying over $ 700 for the repair, we picked it up because it was going on week 4 and we needed it for the weekend. We told Bob we would bring the car back after the weekend. Took the car to the dealer and had to pay them an additional $ 200 because the wires were crossed — very simple fix. We never took the car back and he has never called to ask why. After this disaster, we started taking the car to another shop for oil changes. Found out that after 3+ years of taking it to Chucks for oil changes that he had NEVER REPLACED THE OIL FILTER!!! They may be cheaper but you will pay for it in the long run!

Went here after a chain store ripped me off a few times. They are HONEST people and do quality work. I’ve recommended several people there. I’ve been going here for several years. They couldn’t help me with one issue one time and didn’t charge me for it. (I think it was the horn of my 92 Legend.)

Had some work done to my Toyota Highlander. Nice guys and I feel they are honest. I will use them again.

They specialize in imported cars, foreign cars. I must say, they know their stuff. I have been going here for about 3 years. Not many people work on imports but that is their specialty at this place. They are pricey though but you kind of expect that because of the types of cars they service. I have taken my car to other places just to save a few bucks and I always end up taking it right back to Chucks. Only thing I wish they were open on weekends. They are only open M-​F.
