We just moved from Chicago and had our first Service at Land Rover Darien. Outstanding customer service. Very personal, on time and without fuss. They really do go our of your way to make the «chore of car maintenance» actually a pleasure. Little great little touch when you leave: A water bottle, mints and a Thank you card are left in your freshly washed, dried and vacuumed car. We will get our next car at Land Rover Darien. Job well done!

I’ve been a customer at Darien Land Rover for over ten years — always greeted hospitably, service department goes out of its way to provide me with alternate transportation, and lately I’ve treated like a long lost friend (may be the new Penske ownership influence). As always we were very well looked after. We had a replacement car throughout the process so we were not left out in the cold. George gave us constant up to date information on the status of the the warranty inspection, repair status etc. We have been customers with Land Rover Darien for a while now and unfortunately along the way have had some issues with our car and every time have had nothing but great service! And that applies to all staff — an impeccable customer service — Thank you for that!

The service department at Land Rover Darien is super friendly and accommodating. They hooked my car up on their computer right away and told me what the problems were (different from what the Rover man in Bedford, NY said). Very helpful and nice. I wish every business was like that.

No nonsense sales staff that know their product and market. Decent selection of new and certified preowned options with a «course» to play on as well. Entrance is subtle and parking limited but if you know what you want you’ll find it here, including the esoteric route in off the Post Road.
