It’s too bad that I am stuck giving them 1 star, I should give them none. My mom has AHS and we were assigned this company as the contractor to fix our broken AC. We were told by AHS that the contractor will contact us on Monday and let us know when they will come by. they never called, and when my mom called, the lady who picked up the phone was really rude and told us that they won’t be available for 10 days. HVAC is kinda needed when it’s smoldering hot outside. I really hope they AHS drops them

I had nothing but a positive experience with these folks, from the office personnel to the tech who serviced our AC unit. On Tuesday they arrived in the promised window and figured out the issue and on Thursday came back with the parts needed and completed the repair. They were the third company in the last year to come out for the issue and the only one who looked beyond just adding Freon and found the leak. I would have no issues using them again or suggesting the to a friend to use for service.

POOR customer service!!! We called on a Thursday to have our AC fixed as of Monday still had not heard from them. After 3 calls, someone finally answered the phone but could not send anyone out until the following Friday. Unacceptable!!!
Save yourself some time and call someone else if you have AC problems. Metro Mechanical came out the same day and fixed the problem in 10 minutes.
