Had an awesome experience at this store. I Ordered a Fitbit Charge HR online and to be picked up at the store. I received an email within 25 minutes stating the order was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store, I was greeted by two associates. Ian ended up helping me, and Ian was awesome. He was able to process my transaction within a matter of minutes. During the time he was processing the order, he was very personable, creating conversation and providing a great environment. Thanks to Ian for an awesome experience.

Listen, listen, listen… My experience at this and an Atlanta store were the same. Mediocre at best. I should have thought it odd that the store clerk said I could get the phone cheaper at Walmart. I should have use my better judgement and stayed there. Both were pushing the Next plan HARD! If you do the math it is more expensive and likely more profitable. I am guessing the make little or no money on phones that are purchased out write or the subsidized plan. He didn’t want to make less on me so he sent me down the street. The only thing pushing me to the is service discount through my employer. Bad form AT&T

I was pleased to find a friendly and knowledgeable store staff. Assistant Manager Layne checked me in early so I was able to be helped ahead of my scheduled appointment time. Jessica, a Retail Sales Consultant was terrific and she helped me in a timely manner. As a new customer to AT&T I greatly appreciated their very professional and courteous attention to my wireless needs.
