Century 21 Team Feltrim

This company acted as our property manager under an alias LLC «Roseville Properties», and provided Century 21 phone numbers and Century 21 emails which we contacted multiple times for repairs that were never performed and I later realized they broke several FL statues during our time there.
When we finally moved out a Century 21 representative and I walked through the condo together (which was immaculate) THEN later send us notice that they kept (stole in my opinion) $ 1600 of our security deposit for false charges! $ 1600! She refused to provide the move out documentation we signed together of course! Then get this, when I complain to the BBB and FL Dept of Consumers, the C21 rep (the same person) wrote one response saying they never heard of us and signed it «Century 21» and another response accusing us of falsifying documentation (!!!) and signed it «Roseville»!
I want people to know what a horrible experience we had with these terrible people and this «company» (or multiple companies!) I believe is scandalous at best and an example of the corporate corruption and greed in this country.
BEWARE!!!
