Had a problem with a package. Talked to Tricia, the postmaster, and she went out of her way to meet with me at the door ten minutes after the window closed to get the package to me. She didn’t have to do this, but she was very gracious.

Had a problem with the rural route carrier speeding on my street(about 50 mph on a 25mph residential street) and terrible attitude of the carrier when confronted. Contacted the USPS service whom passed my complaint to the branch. Then, received a follow up phone call from Trisha. Trisha was as rude as the carrier, spoke over me, and turned the situation into my fault. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with this branch for servicing my address and they are stuck with me. I’m disappointed that in a town once known as one of the best rural communities around, customer service is slipping. To future carriers: it’s easier to slow down than have to live with yourself after you run over a child.
