Kevin B. and Kirk F.

Business Owner

Kevin has been in the retail business for most of his life. His dad owned a boat dealership in Waterloo, IA and he grew up listening to him help his guests make good buying decisions. Kevin was also a Store Mgr. Family Christian Stores for over 25 yrs. He was In Moline from 1991 – 1999 bringing years of customer– friendly retail experience to our Factory Direct Mattress store.

His business partner, Kirk, also worked for Family Christian Stores for 24 yrs. in various management positions. We love serving people and decided to pool our talents to begin our own business. From the outset, we have been very impressed with Factory Direct Mattress. Their philosophy of great customer service combined with excellent US-​made products priced better than the competition made our choice easy. We’re having fun meeting our guests needs and helping them to understand the confusing world of mattress buying. We actually find it «fun» to help our guests find the right mattress!
