Business Owner

Scott Utter graduated from Saint Ambrose University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. His experience includes more than 13 years of high risk armed security and protective services and is our Vice President and NRA Certified Law Enforcement Firearms instructor; Oleoresin Capsicum and Expandable Police Baton instructor and is state certified instructor in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. For nearly 6 years, Scott served as a Police Officer in Clarence, Iowa. Scott’s training over the years also includes Criminal Investigation, W-​Z Reid Method of Criminal Interview and Interrogation, Midwest Counterdrug Training Centers — High Risk Event Planning, Level 1 and 2, Anti-​Terrorism for Law Enforcement, Community Emergency Response, Animal Abuse Investigations as well as numerous other law enforcement and security subject matters.
