Went today for an appointment and after waiting for 25 minutes I was told I only had one patient in front of me. After another 25 minutes went by I asked another girl at the office about how long the wait would be. She proceeded to tell me that «it is typical to wait an hour to be seen». She also tried to tell me that it is normal in specialty offices. Which honestly is not the truth at all. Since I have been to dermatologist offices just like theirs without that long of a wait or at least with the common curiosity to let their patients know when they are running behind. If you are constantly having an hour wait for your patients I would say it’s safe to say you overbook your patients. Not cool. I rescheduled my appointment, but I think we may be checking out a new dermatologist in the area. Since posting on Facebook I have heard a lot of other people have had this same problem.
