Tri-State Siding & Windows

I contacted these guys 1 year ago. They were ridiculously overpriced compared to 10 different contractors that I got a from. They tried to upsell everything and sell me things that I didn’t need or want. I have told them several times that I went with another contractor. They still call me once every two weeks to harass me to find out if I want anything else from them. There’s only one thing that I want from them and that’s to be left alone. Their sales people are relentless and rude.

I was in the market a couple years ago for siding, windows and roof. I got estimates from roughly 10 companies and Tri-​State was outrageously overpriced compared to the other companies. Materials weren’t superior and were comparable if not the same as the other companies. The roof estimate from all other companies ranged $ 5.5−6.5K and Tri-​State came in at $ 19K. All I kept thinking is that there are poor people out there falling for this and paying these outrageous price. Since then I’ve received a cold call probably once a quarter. The salesman asks every time «we were out there a while ago and were wondering if you still needed siding and windows.» Before I can even finish my sentence that I’ve gone with another company the salesman hangs up on me. Definition of professionalism.
