Vic​to​ryApps​.com is a division of Victory Enterprises, Inc. With 14 years of web design and technology solutions under our belt, smart phone app development was an easy outgrowth for our company. We believe in building apps that are useful and intuitive for the average user. We especially pride ourselves in finding solutions for businesses to connect with their customers and employees using handheld devices.

The founders of Victory Enterprises are Steve and Kelli Grubbs. With experience in law and politics, a technology business at first seemed strange to fit, but technology innovation is fundamental to every business sector, so it became a natural outgrowth of the early consulting work. Co-​owner and company President, Brian Dumas, has been with Victory Enterprises for a decade and oversees day-​to-​day management as well as operational systems.

Brian serves as the President of Victory Enterprises, Inc. Brian’s extensive political experience includes time as field staff for Lamar Alexander’s Iowa 1996 Iowa Caucus campaign, Organization Director for U.S. Senator Charles Grassley’s re-​election in 1998 and Executive Director of the Legislative Majority Fund, overseeing Iowa State House and State Senate campaigns. In addition, Brian also worked in an official capacity for U.S. Congressman Tom Latham. Brian also served as an alderman for the City of Davenport from 2006 — 2007.
