Louis C. Wren, MAI, SRA is the Principal and Senior Partner of Wren Appraisal, L.C. Louis started his appraisal career in 1968. He has earned the MAI and SRA designations through the Appraisal Institute, as well as the utmost in respect from his many peers, banking institutions and clients.

Business Owner

Louis Wren is an Iowa General Certified and Illinois General Certified Appraiser. As well, he holds an Iowa Real Estate Brokers license. He subscribes to the Employee Relocation Council, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He has participated in numerous appraisal seminars as well as broker and appraisal roundtables. He has been asked to speak to groups of Realtors and lenders regarding appraisal topics. He actively participates in local and regional AI committees and is a past president of the Iowa chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s forerunner, the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
