Established in 2013.

Michele Pulaski opened Davidson Pilates in 2013 soon after opening her charlotte studio. Michele fell in love with the little town of Davidson and the wonderful clients at the studio. She now has 3 additional instructors and is thrilled by the possibilities in the future.

Michele Pulaski’s journey into health and wellness began as a dancer. She studied dance throughout her teenage and young adult years. In 2000, Michele began her career as a licensed massage therapist where she learned from her clients how Pilates benefit them by adding it to their massage program. This passion drove her to become a certified Pilates instructor and begin teaching pilates full time in 2005. In 2013, Michele opened Davidson Pilates and the studio has been growing ever since, adding 3 more certified Pilates instructors.
