Took my phone in to Dr Phone Fix and they fixed their faulty repair, did it quick and the customer service was spectacular. As a repair business, they are the best. They make every effort to provide quality repairs, as close to factory specifications as they can. Wouldn’t dream of taking my phone, ipod, or tablet anywhere else if another problem comes about. Thanks guys!

Glass didn’t fit properly. The glass around the home button was very thick and you could almost cut your finger on it. Went in several times and they kept saying nothing was wrong. I had to go somewhere else. Waste of $ 80.

As others have posted, their customer service… or complete lack of, is unbelievable. Forget the fact that they hardly ever answer their cellphone, they make promises they knowingly do not intend to keep regarding when a repair would be completed. The technician, who seems to be the owner, was totally unprofessional; actually daring me to write a review or call the company’s headquarters. No one should suffer the compounding problem of having a broken device, with the broken promises and the poor attitude of this establishment. There are certainly other businesses which will treat customers appropriately. It is truly sad that this small business lacks the one thing all businesses need to succeed, customer service.

I had a battery replaced 2 months ago that was defective. I walked in and told Rodrigo that the day I got the battery no receipts werre available. He said normally they could not warranty a battery due to possible misuse. I explained to him that I replaced a battery that was 2 years old and I treaated this battery the same way and he asked to look at my phone. After seeing that I had only 1 app open, he agreed to change the battery. It is nice to do buainess with a merchant thet is fair and honest.

I brought my daughters Ipad 2 there to have the screen replace cause she cracked it. I came back to pick it up at the end of the day and noticed the glass seemed thicker and the home button didn’t press in the same (no click, no compression). They told me it was just because they took the glass off and put it new glass on it (what ever that means). I’ve had my wife’s ipad glass changed twice and never had this issue. I told them I think they put the wrong glass on it, they disagreed. I became very upset with this answer and I asked to speak with the installer to which the guy at the counter told me «no he doesn’t speak with the customers». I told him «this is not the last of this i will be back and I want something done about my Ipad». So then the installer comes out from the back (cause he can hear everything thats going on out on the sales floor) and tells me to give him the Ipad and that «I’m acting like a baby about it!!!» This is absolutly ridiculous way to treat a customer because of the poor work that was performed. Then he was starring me down in a treatening manner like he was going to do something huffing and puffing at me. This is a completly unacceptable way of doing business. I’m in the customer service industry and I would never treat my customers like that, I would be fired in a heartbeat. So, he takes my Ipad back, I come back in an hour to pick it up and now the glass is thinner and the button works! WOW! Excactly what I told them before. Now I look a little closer at it and there is now a mark under the glass and there are some hairline cracks under the glass both were not there before. I know the installer did that on purpose to my daughter’s Ipad because I caused a big stink about it and he had to replace the glass with the correct glass. Well I’m not going to go away now! I will write reviews on every site that I can find. Yellow pages, Unilocal,Rip off report ect. I will also print copies of these, with this whole story, I live 3 min away from the store. I will put these on every car in the parking lot and all over this plaza until this is resolved. This won’t be the first time I’ve had to do something like this to get my point accross but my point will be made and your sales will suffer at this location guaranteed!
