I am an NSU student who was involved in a hit and run accident and was so stressed out by having to deal with this in the New Year and especially being from out of state. Damage was to my trunk and bumper. I was recommended by a friend’s mom to check out Eddie’s and when I came in for an estimate I felt really comfortable. Reg and the secretary’s at the front desk (mainly Donna) made me feel like family from the time I walked in the door. They are real and through — they don’t try to cut corners around you or push things in your face. I was also appreciative when they 1. Kept in touch with my parents when and faxed them some copies of my paperwork 2. helped me figure out a rental car from enterprise (who were also really great people) since I had no idea I needed a reservation. Bottom line is service from beginning to end was wonderful and I would definatley use them again! My car is beautiful once more!

i had a collision and my Nissan 370 needed repair. These guys did the work exactly as it should be done and even took the car back in later to look at something that I needed looking at and they were always professional and the car looks great. Mike is the best person in the world to deal with. thank you thank you thank you… I will never take my car anywhere else to have body work. The best!!!

I learned a valuable lesson about using a phone while driving. I wasn’t even texting: looking at the GPS. LEARN FROM ME. That being said: My car was pretty severely damaged although nobody but me was involved and I was okay. My insurance is partnered with Eddie’s so here I went.
It started with a few phone calls with Donna. She helped set up a tow to get my undrivable car to their shop. I didn’t even have to be there; they came and got it for me while I was in clinic. This was such a lifesaver for me seeing as I didn’t have to sit around and wait for 4 hours. I went in the next day to sign the paperwork to begin the work and she knew who I was based on the fact that I came in in scrubs. A+ on remembering me and customer service already. She’s amazing and my first impression of the place.
My adjuster (?) was Mike. He was FANTASTIC from the get go. Gave me an estimated date of about a month (sad face) but it was a very large job with a lot of body work, not just a bumper or buff job. They are a M-​F shop so keep that in mind. He was amazing with keeping me up to date and let me know every few days where they were on the work, even when I was out of town.
They started work on ¹¹⁄₅ and gave me a promise date of ¹²⁄₃. I picked her up on ¹¹⁄₂₄. That was 14 working days for a very chewed up car: the total damage was just under $ 10,000. Not only was it done a full 6 working days before promised, The work was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I even had a pre-​existing bumper dent that was unrelated to the accident (that I confirmed) and they fixed anyway. I was FLOORED that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me happy and fix this for me. Mike mentioned to me that since they had to paint part of the bumper anyway they would try to take care of it, and they did. I about cried.
I highly, highly recommend these guys. The day after I picked up my car, I got a followup call asking me about my satisfaction with the experience of the shop and told them basically what I’m putting in this review. They lifetime guarantee their work even if you move out of the area or have a leased car like I do. They use genuine parts, not aftermarket, and give you an exact breakdown of the work done along with all the insurance paperwork etc. Since this was my first time ever dealing with a car insurance claim (period, and ESPECIALLY of this magnitude), I was expecting a headache and a half. Considering the nature of their business, people tend to be upset and emotional. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. They really do care about their customers, but «don’t want to see them again» (Meaning: we hope you don’t get into another accident).
I didn’t get to meet or interact with the famous Eddie, but he’s got a good operation going on. A+.

Eddie’s Collision was awesome! My car was damaged on the front bumper during a hit and run in Miami Beach. The driver couldn’t parallel park on Washington avenue and scraped the left side of my car trying to get his fat ass SUV into a spot that was too small for it. They repaired it in 2 days and it looks brand new. You would never know it was damaged.

I just had an accident with my 2010 Rav4, which had no previous damage on it. I found Eddie’s through my insurance company (State Farm).
This is the best collision establishment I have ever dealt with (I am a senior citizen).
They were extremely pleasant to deal with; their process was efficient, and it made the situation quite a bit easier to deal with.
They called with an estimate the next workday and when I picked up the car the cost was within a few dollars of the estimate.
I asked for a ballpark of when the car would be ready and they said about one and a half to two weeks, depending on when the ordered parts would arrive. The car was done in a week and a half.
They did a beautiful job and you cannot tell it was ever in an accident.
They also arranged a car rental for me (pick up and drop off right there at the shop). This also worked seamlessly.
All in all, I would recommend this establishment without reservation.

I also was very pleased with the work done on my automobile. Additional work was needed than first authorized by the insurance company and the experts at Edddie’s made sure everything was done properly. Everyone was very helpful and kept me well informed every step of the way.

I went to Eddie Demiglios so they could remove some minor key marks off of the hood of my car. They told me it would take one day to complete. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning when they opened. Towards 5pm I had not received any phone calls telling me to come pick up my car. So, I called and spoke to my sales writer, Duncun. He told me the car would not be available today and I could pick up early tomorrow morning. Adding, he never told me it would be ready in only one day. Both, Duncun and Eddie assured me it would be ready in one day. So, I asked him to please call me first thing in the morning to pick up the car before my shift started at work. Noon the next day, NO PHONE CALL. I call them back, to find out where my car is. «Its not ready yet, give me until 3pm. «I could not wait. I had to be at work. So, I asked Duncan if he could drop my car off to me at my job, not to far away from the shop. He said, «No Problem. «Around 4pm, NO PHONE CALL! I call the shop to find out the status of my car. It was ready, finally. I gave Duncan the directions to my job for the drop off. He said, «We can not drop off the car, that is not a service they could not provide. Also, it was approaching 5pm, time of closing and nobody was there to do it.» I expressed to Duncan I was extremely upset and disappointed and I would not do business with Eddie Demiglios again, and he replied with «I hope you DON’T. «WOW!!! They finally dropped my car off, after fighting with them over the phone. Also, every time I called I asked to speak with Eddie Demiglio or a supervisior, and no one was ever available.
A few weeks after getting my car back, I noticed ripples in the paint on the hood where they did work. Very poor job. I did not call back to complain because I knew I would just be wasting my breathe.
3 months now after getting my car back, I get an envelope in the mail from Eddie Demiglios with my Sun Pass that I have been looking for and a pocket knife that I had in the center console that I didn’t even know was missing. WTF??? I had enough and I called back to speak to someone and all I got to speak to was a receptionist and she could not explain to my why my stuff went missing and that 3 months later it was mailed back to me. I asked to speak to Eddie Demiglio or a supervisor and she replied, «Nobody was a available. «I asked to have one of them call me back. Guess who called me back, Duncan. I did not ask to speak with him. Because he is completely useless.
To this day, nobody important has called me back!
My message to everybody is, DON’T GO TO EDDIE Demiglios! They SUCK!!!

I got both my front and rear bumpers fixed here — it was recommended to me by two friends, and my insurance company also approved them to appraise my vehicle. They have GREAT customer service, were really quick, and communicated directly with my insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with that. Being a woman, I was a little nervous about going to a car shop by myself, but they made me feel very comfortable and kept me well-​informed. I would definitely recommend this place to any friends!
