I wish there were more stars available. Precision Performance is the kind of small business that we no longer come across on a daily basis. A total pleasure to see that there are still business entrepreneurs that manage their business the old fashion way. Rick was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly, willing to answer every question, knowledgeable, fast, clean, quality service, and very fair and accommodating. Keep up the amazing customer service Rick. No one better in the car audio business.

Do to circumstance I ended selling my jeep for a Ford Fiesta, once again I visited Rick to remove and reinstall the Amps and subwoofer, we did some changes with his recommendation by changing the stereo and front speakers to fosgate speakers and tweeters, after a few minor adjustments wow the sound is awesome, if you want a new driving experience where after listening to a song your so anxious for the next because you never imagined the symbols and acoustics that were never heard all of a sudden I find myself listening sitting in my vehicle long after I parked waiting for that song to end!

Awesome experience!!! I thought my Infinity Basslink 2 was dead after 8 years of really good sub sound in my VW GTI, I showed up unannounced, I met Rick the owner, he was working on a car already but took a break to talk to me, I told him my sub was dead, and wanted to put a new one in, he suggested a few things and was very knowledgeable, we finally agreed to put a Rockford Fosgate P-​300 10″ powered subwoofer enclosure similar to my Infinity Basslink 2 but I had to come back later, he even matched the Amazon price. Came back a few hours later and he started to test my system and found out that a power line into the unit was the problem, he got my Infinity Basslink back to life, and saved me from buying a new unit, I’m sure any shady car audio shop would have sold me a new unit. Rick was not only honest but he knows his trade and was very friendly, I will recommend him to any of my friends and anybody who reads this.

I’ve been here twice– first was a back-​up camera install, second was to have 2 amps installed. Rick was great both times. The work is professional, he is personable and he’s probably the most honest person in the business. I didn’t have a ride and was in the shop all day, so not only did I witness his work, I saw how he was with other customers. He never tried to upsell anyone or give them anything they didn’t need. I even observed him give out competitors names when there was something he wasn’t able to do. He stayed late to finish my install– this was my fault because I kept talking to him– any place else and I would have had to come back another day. Do yourself a favor and get your stuff installed by someone that probably loves and appreciates music more than you do. He is my installer for life now– I’m coming back to have my speakers replaced. I can’t believe anyone would give him a bad review, but then again, there is just no pleasing some people. To those people I say, «If you expect the world to move when you snap your fingers, I imagine you will be disappointed for your entire life».

Very good installation, and good customer service. He only carries rockford fosgate speakers, but i decided to give it a try and they sound amazing on my 2012 jeep wrangler. Definitely recommend this place.

Don’t waste your time. Order a part. Was told he would call when it was in. Asked him when I ordered if I schedule an instal same time as pick up.
Well no phone call. Really funny. I walk in ask about the part and as normal I have to wait while he answered the phone! What’s really funny is I called him 4 times in two days and no one would answer the phone!
Sick of paying people for Bad Service!

This place sucks, went to get a installation done on a Monday morning, and the guy told me «we only open the store to process paper work on Mondays» So let me get this straight, your opening your store on a Monday with your open sign switched on, not to mention your business hours are Monday-​Friday, yet you refuse to provide any service to your customers on a Monday. I’ve traveled all around the world and visited hundreds of businesses accordingly, I’m just saying if your going to open your door to your customers then be willing to take care of them, don’t blow them off. I drove over 13 miles to get to this place (which had good reviews on Unilocal) this is my first Unilocal review ever and it’s unfortunate that it had to be a negative one, but hey I just had to share my experience with others.
In conclusion this was my first and last ever visit to this place, and I will be sure to spread the word all around town and to everyone I know. Avoid this place like the plague! #lame #0stars

Great service and attention to detail. I had an unusually difficult installation of a new Pioneer AVH-​X5500BHS double DIN unit, into my now decade old 2003 Lincoln Aviator. Only part of the wiring harness is actually used, everything else is manual splicing ~ not to mention the service manual diagrams showed a different configuration than what my vehicle actually possessed. Rick was able to reverse engineer the hookup; bypassing the old built in NAV system, but still using the built in amp, subwoofer and speaker wiring. He even ran the iPod cables down the center console and into my center storage compartment. Absolutely brilliant! Do not hesitate to call Rick if you have a tough install or a strange vehicle configuration — he’ll sort it out.

Excellent service. Went above and beyond. Even charged my car battery. Gave me thorough instructions, and then charged me less than quoted! Honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant. You won’t be disappointed.

Very impressed with this place. I went there to get an iPod cable adapter installed and I’m very glad I found these guys. Rick, the owner, did the install and everything turned out great. He was super helpful and knowledgable. I had called other people and they recommended crap solutions and/​or they wanted to do everything their way. Rick took time to explain everything to me beforehand, and even taught me how to use all the features of the adapter after the install was done. Prices are competitive, if not better, than other car audio places. True professionals.

Rick the owner and staff are AWESOME! I brought my new car to Precision Performance Car Stereo based on some other reviews I’d read about the store. Rick explained to me (in a technical yet way I could understand) my options to upgrade my factory stereo. I ended up taking his advice and getting a Rockford Fosgate Punch Amp, Woofer and installation. Extremely happy with the entire process. Rick is a true professional and I found that his professionalism is rare in the industry. I went to several other stereo shops before precision auto and turned away from each of these other shops due to what seemed to me an industry standard of un-​knowledgable salespeople and salespeolple talking to me as if I don;t know anything about sound. NOT That way with Precision Auto. Rick, the owner of Precision Performance appeals real quickly to your senses as a guy who knows «sound» very well and that he’s been in the «sound» field all his life. He impressed me quickly by showing me that he understood what sound quality I was looking for and explained how he could make that happen in my car. Simple and very professional. Covered all the details and included a couple of unexpected free upgrades like higher quality cabling. Anyway, I couldn’t be happier with my Rockford Fosgate upgrade. It was a great decision and money well spent. You will be very well taken care of by Rick and his crew if you buy here. Five stars all the way around. Highly, highly, highly recommended!
