REBAR Restaurant Bar Lounge

I went to Rebar last Saturday made reservations on open table for dinner. When we arrived at the place it was kind of dead only for a what look like someones bday dinner. We were greeted by two young girls and proceeded to tell them I had reservation for dinner with my name and one girl states to me «what is that a party» I told her no its for dinner. The other girl then takes us to a table then disappears without any announcement if a waiter/​waitress will be with us. Minutes go by and no one comes to our table not even to bring water. After several minutes go by I was so disgusted with the customer service I decided they did not deserve my business and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If this business is going to use a reservation service they should make sure they keep a track of the clients coming in for dinner.

I came to Rebar on my birthday and I see that the restaurant turns into some type of night club. I actually stayed to enjoy it. There were wireless headphones that you could rent for $ 10 (silent party) where you can listen to 3 different broadcasts. The food was good, but the drinks were better. On the outside deck was a Fat Tuesday’s bar set up. More convenient then driving all the way to the beach. Parking is free but they do offer valet at $ 10. I enjoyed my overall experience. I definitely recommend going on the weekend on Friday and getting there for dinner, then the party afterwards. Nice upscale yet moderate event.

I do not know who was in charge of the Gaitazo event on Friday November 13^th, 2015 but all I can say is that it was very disappointing. How can you offer bottles of wine in the menu and then not have any bottles only the open ones? I can’t believe I was told the following sentence: «the wine truck couldn’t make it therefore, go and serve yourself a glass of wine at the bar while we resolve the problem». First of all, you apologize secondly, the glass of wine should have been on the house and third, go and learn costumer service. Food was terrible and expensive too.

I have been to that place several times and well since is the only place I know they play free style music don’t have other choice, but the service is not that great first time I went they were selling the buckets of beer for $ 35 and then when we went to the bar outside they gave us the buckets for 25 so that is just taking advantage of your customers, not to mention evrytime we go we are about 10 – 12 people and this last weekend for Halloween, were false advertise a Halloween custom contest for first place of price $ 5000 and we stayed there till the end and there was no contest (we asked several times about the contest and they were saying yeah we’ll be picking the winners in 15 min.) They were ALSO having a raffle for a t. v and we saw the tv going inside of the owners SUV. That is just disrespectful to your customers. The LEAST the owner could’ve done was to give out the t.v. and not take it back home. Smh.

Been here one hour and so far we have been waiting for our drinks for over 30 minutes. I don’t think my waitress is coming back, and no one seems to even notice the table with no service… Speakers sound horrible. Not impressed at all. Only good thing, Alex Ospina (Te Amo Hijo)…

The food was horrible
I ordered the chicken and waffles it was basically chicken strips from Costco and the waffles were the colored waffles you guy on sale at publix … The chicken and waffles were hot however the sauce served with the food was ice cold straight from the fridge
My partner ordered the chicken pad Thai it was made with angel hair pasta ! Not even rice noodles

Awesome new place! Great Food. Great Service. Finally a Place out West to go. I’ll definitely be back.
