The Camp Transformation Center

I took the tour. I was a bit uncomfortable with the no air conditioning, no capacity limit
to people working out at one time, no time to wipe down equipment between sessions that are back to back.

The Camp Transformation Center Davie was truly transformational. I learned so much about myself in these 6 weeks that the experience alone was a transformation, but it also changed the eating habits for me and my family. I joined the camp and struggled to do many of the workouts at first, and they didn’t necessarily get easier but my mindset change because I was able to progressively improve my performance. I surprised myself by how much I improved in just 6 weeks. In my household, my grocery list changed drastically and everyone is now eating a much healthier version of anything we ate before. The Camp promised I would lose 20 pounds if I followed the plan. Although at times I felt I was not going to meet the challenge, because the scale was not showing much loss, my clothes were fitting more comfortably and I was slimming down. I continued my journey thanks to all the Camp staff and stuck with the plan, at the end of the 6 weeks I had lost 21.8 lbs. I was able to first-​hand experience the satisfaction of accomplishing my goal and will be starting my second 20lb challenge tomorrow.

«FREE 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge»; the marketing campaign worked! I read those words in my Facebook feed and immediately became curious. I clicked on the link and signed up for the offered Orientation, I was skeptical as probably many there were as well, but something drew me in. I would love to say my will was the ultimate force behind accepting the challenge and wanting a change, but in all honesty that would only be partly true. If I am truthful it was probably a combination of seeing the results on the wall, the lack of heavy gym equipment, the openness of the 6 week challenge terms, including a description of the foods allowed; there was no sense of bait and switch, gimmicks, or scam, rather it seemed heartfelt and while it’s still a business the atmosphere was very relaxed. Bottom line, 6 weeks later The CAMP delivered on their promise to me, I had a loss of not just the 20 pounds advertised, but 28 pounds. And the best part is that it truly was a Transformation as their company Logo implies, only it isn’t so much physical yet as I still have a long way to go, but mostly in my mindset. In the last 6 weeks, I look forward to my 1-​hour sessions 5+ times per week at The Camp. The workouts have become the one time in my day where I get to relieve stress while improving my health and fitness levels. The Camp has transformed the way at look at food, I have traded sugary drinks for water, and protein shakes, my cravings for ice cream and other processed sweets have changed to wanting a piece of fruit or even a sugar-​free candy at times, I have come to not only enjoy the lean proteins, and carbs allowed in the Bible (you’ll know what that is once you join), items that are healthy but not part of my dinner table before. Overall, even when I had a few stumbles the choices I made were nowhere near what they would have been prior to my experience at The Camp. In the process, I have met some wonderful people who have weight loss goals similar to mine, trainers who go above and beyond to motivate everyone in the classes, and the rest of the staff who make the overall experience very familial. I have successfully completed my first Challenge at The Camp, and within the next few days will be officially starting the second. I don’t have enough words to describe all the changes I have seen internally and externally, but hopefully my experience can help someone else who may be skeptical about joining.

I lost over 25lbs in 6 weeks with the help of The Camp Transformation Center in Davie. I signed up for their 6 week weight loss challenge which is designed to give you the guidance, support and structure required to help get you to a healthy weight. I started the program at 178lbs and walked away 153lbs at the end of 6 weeks. The trainers are knowledgeable and they all do a great job mixing up the workouts. They provide the instruction and encouragement needed to help you complete the program. Bottom line… The Camp has a tried and true plan to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. If you commit to following the damn instructions (FTDI) you will get results!

This program will change your life! We started the challenge. The workouts are effective and challenging! Trainers are well equipped. You have modifications for those that can’t do the first one. So all can participate. You must go 5x’s a week minimum. Your body will love it. You will notice the difference with a smile. Enjoy the new you!!! You must trust the process. so I learned that! Had to go on tilapia & asparagus it was yuck yuck but I hung in there cause I knew the reward was what I wanted! I used to love asparagus but not anymore! Lol now I know how to eat. How important it is to love your body enough to take care of it! So at the end I smiled and lost 21.9lbs. Hang in there and you will feel accomplished

If you are thinking about starting this program, I can say you won’t regret it! I’ll try and make my review simple and easy to follow?
Does it work?: Yes! But it’s not a lose weight easy fix; it will take hard work, organization, and a desire to change… But the results are there!
Trainers?: they are awesome, and push you to get better… My fitness level has significantly improved, and I never would have thought it was possible!
Workouts?: they are challenging but doable, do not be intimidated by the exercises as everything is modifiable and can fit your needs… The hardest part is getting to the gym
Food?: Feed for Fuel! The eating is strict, but you will see the difference in the weight you lose! It’s worth it and so are you!
Schedule?: morning and evening classes… It fit my schedule pretty well… But I would suggest getting a routine… It makes the process easier than jumping around.
All and all, I lost 26 pounds in 6 weeks and have been very encouraged by the staff, co-​challengers and my friends & family! If you are ready to make a change and sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, then start this program!

Just to to let the world know… before you start this challenge… free trial will actually cost you $ 497 which you will get back if you lose 20 pounds or more. If you don’t…take it as a loss!!! They want you to post on Facebook and change your profile picture which makes sense, however I feel as though $ 497 is a lot of money upfront maybe it’s better off if they ask $ 200. The whole program just seems like a scam!!! Plus, Dahiana seems soooooooo fake! She needs to learn sales and how to NOT make people feel uncomfortable! FYI SHE DOESNT HAVE THE BEST BODY FOR SUCH A PROGRAM… stating the facts. You are better off trying a camp nearby that isn’t all about money… wants your business of course… but less stipulations on how they get your business…(the whole presentation felt repetitive like it was scripted) no thanks! Don’t go here… They don’t care… It all about money $$$ I would’ve signed up otherwise

I love being a member at The Camp Transformation Center in Davie. I signed up for Davie’s first weight loss challenge and I’m very happy about the results!!! I am very proud… It was definitely a process… I learned so much about weight loss, nutrition, and exercise. The exercise is impressively fun and high impact. The staff and coaches are very helpful and supportive. I made new friends who are very encouraging. It has been a wonderful experience. I have lost and continue to lose a lot of weight and inches… My health is much better. I feel strong and with more energy. But, just cause I lost the weight doesn’t mean that I’m finished… In the contrary, it is only the beginning… I got a bit more to go, but with the new habits I’ve acquired, the changes I’ve been making, the exercise at The Camp, and their support, it’ll be much easier to continue losing the weight and to maintain it as well. I’m ready… Are you? If so, I encourage you to check it out… You got nothing to lose, but pounds and inches and everything to gain. Good luck!

The camp transformation center in Davie has been an awesome experience. It has transformed my life from a terrible cycle of overindulging in unhealthy food, not getting enough exercise & not looking my best to eating healthy food and exercising regularly and looking my very best! My energy level soared after changing my habits and with the guidance of the camp the workouts were just really challenging — I’m not gonna lie to you but in a good way. With fun and super positive coaches and a team of people, including new friends that I’ve met at the camp you feel that you have a rock-​solid support system. They were very encouraging and it was really nice to have the support of others committed to making the same positive change in their lives.

The Camp has helped me get back to a healthy weight in just a matter of 6 weeks. I’m proud to say I lost 25.4 lbs. They have excellent trainers that will motivate you to go as hard as you can go to achieve the results you want. They give you a meal plan to stick with while you’re in a 6 week challenge, and also a guide to continue eating healthy after a challenge. The atmosphere is positive and energetic, without any pretentious personalities one might find in a gym or fitness center. Everyone is helpful and supportive. It will work for young as well as old, whether you need to lose 20 lbs or 100 lbs. All you have to do is work hard at the gym and stick to the meal plan, and the weight will come off! I feel great and will continue to work out with my new extended family! I will continue to work toward toning and increasing muscle mass, now that my weight is at a manageable level. If you are in the South Broward area I strongly recommend you try these guys out. You have nothing to lose but some fat and some bad eating habits!

Leap of faith! I responded to a Facebook ad because I was trying to restart my goals by loosing the weight that I needed after years of struggle. Well let me tell you the people at the transformation camp have made me believe again that it is possible to obtain my dreams, Vivian, Dahiana and everyone else have been nothing short of spectacular, the instructors have this amazing capacity for compassion, understanding and motivation that is infectious. I will forever thankful for the opportunity given and today is yet another milestone for me … My last weight in of the first challenge. That is right I am looking forward to more and to continue living this dream and making my ultimate goal a reality … Thank you for the honesty and hard work everyone has put in to ensure we all succeed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

First and foremost I want to say thank you to everyone at the camp for your support and motivation during this journey the last six weeks. This has been very challenging but worth every second, every sweat drop and every asparagus! Lol this is something anyone can do! This is something we all deserve! A better way of living, eating and exercising! Believe in yourself and in the process and you will feel the change each step of the way. There is no easy way to lose weight or stay healthy but once you make it a part of your daily life it becomes second nature. I recommend the camp highly to anyone who loves themselves enough to give themselves the opportunity to make a change! And even if you feel you don’t or can’t … TRUST THE PROCESS … Because it will happen! FTDI! Every day you feel stronger and more empowered to keep at it … You will sweat, cry, feel weak and then when you put your pants on and they fall off after 4 weeks you will feel ecstatic!

I am so grateful that I found the camp transformation center! I had seen their request for challengers on Facebook. I have to admit that I was quite intrigued!
I was chosen to join the challenge. When the challenge began I felt unsure of myself. My confidence was at an all-​time low, my energy level was at an all-​time low and I could go longer fit into any of my clothing. The hardest part about this challenge, first. That and having my before Photo taken. Challengers aer given every tool that you need, and all the support you need, and very detailed instructions on how to succeed.
The challenge began during one of the hardest times in my life. My mother is fighting breast cancer. I am her caregiver. My family members have had some other health issues but I pushed on with the support of the The Camp Transformation family.
We were taught a lifestyle. We were taught about nutrition. As you get stronger, your confidence rises. Your clothes fit better. You begin to bond with your fellow challengers. The whole experience was very positive. I am very glad that I took the time out of my life to do this.
Dear Dahiana, Alejandra, Vivian, Carmen, Farah, Jose, Orlando and my AFF family; thank you for helping to get me on this new path! You guys ROCK!!!
