Beyond Pool Service

My fence door open was left open when the cleaner worked, and twice, my dog got out. The worker was completely unapologetic about it. The second time, I was out of town and had a dog sitter coming by twice a day, and fortunately for me, my dog does not wander far and was spotted by a neighbor, who brought him home, put him in the backyard, closed the fence, and attempted to talk to the pool cleaner, who had a dismissive attitude and pretended he didn’t know who the dog belonged to. (We have a dog door inside the house so the dog has free rein to go in and out, but stay within the confines of our yard). The work the cleaner did was marginal anyway, and my pool was often greenish within days after he cleaned it. I fired him the second time the dog got out. I cannot have anyone with so little sense of responsibility working in my yard. Avoid this company if you have pets!
