History
Established in 1994.
Though the Business was established in the 70’s, Parsons Hospitality Corporation took ownership in 1994 after consulting for the original owners from May of 90 until October of 94.
Over the next 10 years implemented many changes including going from 1500 sq. ft. to 6500 sq. ft. in the original location and adding two more locations as well.
The business as it exists today consists of three separate entities; Big John’s Family Fixins’, Piccolo Paulas Caffe e Pasticceria & Tuscan Grille Catering & Consulting Services.
Big John’s Family Fixins is a Family Dining Semi service format with a complete fami;ly arcade attached — Full menu slection from Certified Angus Meats all the way to Gourmet Pizza selections. Piccolo Paulas is an Italian Style Café with Breakfast, Lite Lunch, Fresh Ground Coffes, Lattes & Specialty Drinks and Tuscan Grille specializing in American & Italian Buffet Style Catering, as well as complete consulting for all areas of restaurant operations
