Business Owner

I have practiced psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families since 2006, working with hundreds of clients during this time. My focus is on strengthening a client’s ability to form secure and fulfilling relationships, which serves so well to help us weather life’s difficulties. My understanding of my clients is based primarily on developmental, object relations, attachment, and neurobiological models. My approach is empathetic, client-​centered, strengths-​based, and solution-​focused. I partner with my clients in a warm, supportive, non-​judgmental, and safe environment. I infuse sessions with optimism, kindness, and a gentle sense of humor as we join together in creative problem-​solving to work through difficult issues. I strive to help each client realize the full potential of his or her inner and outer resources for healing and personal growth. Each client’s therapy is unique, based on his or her individual needs.
