Established in 1993.

We provide a wide range of services for Teens, Adults, Couples, Families, Groups,& Business in Sacramento and on Skype. We provide Psychotherapy, Counseling, Training, and Coaching.

We provide solutions for Relationships, Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management, Communication, Stress Reduction, Mindfulness. Our general practice for 23 years has focused on the following areas: family bonding, Personality disorders of the self. Our special areas of concentration include the trauma-​psychosis spectrum (including PTSD, DID and Veterans Issues, the Autistic Spectrum Disorders (including learning Disorders, Aspergers, Executive Functioning Disorders, Coaching For Success areas.

We are known for top quality evidence-​based practices as well as emerging paradigms such as treatment of psychosis and mood disorders without meds or assistance in working as a multi-​disciplinary team (including psychiatrists, accupuncturists etc to help patients (and families when appropriate) to taper to less meds

Business Owner

Mr. Buck has been in practice as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Davis and Sacramento for 23 yrs. He has been an Advanced Candidate and Doctoral Candidate at The Psychoanalytic Institute of Northern California in San Francisco. He obtained his Masters in Psychology at New College of California in San Francisco in 1989.

Mr. Buck went on to extensive post-​graduate training including Dual Diagnosis (aka Co-​Occuring Disorders), Personality Disorders, Trauma –Psychosis Spectrum, (including Anxiety and Dissociation) and treatment of Aspbergers Spectrum Disorders. He has developed a sub-​specialty in the nexus between Learning Disorders and Personality Disorders of the self.
