History

Established in 1996.

Mr. Dath was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad and moved to the US to attend Fresno State. He graduated first in his class with a 4.0 cumulative GPA and then attended UC Davis King Hall School of Law, graduating with his JD in 1992. Mr. Dath then entered the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, earning his MBA in 1994. He was admitted to the bar in 1996, where he is an active member in good standing.

Attorney JB Dath, began the formal practice of law in 1996 with a focus on family law and business law. Since then his experience also includes negotiating high-​tech deals in the Silicon Valley and managing high-​stakes intellectual property litigation. However, nothing compares to the satisfaction he gains from helping people through family law matters as a Divorce Attorney.

Attorney JB Dath is fluent in Spanish and is a devoted family man himself, with four children. He is a published Author and former National Team soccer player.
