Dr Brewer just showed up to my house to confront me about my previous Unilocal review! Wow! Psycho! Beware of writing a review. she will call you over and over and then COME TO YOUR HOME! Avoid!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If you’re new to Davis and looking for a dentist, call Dr. Brewer’s office! I was new, and they fit me in for a routine check up. The office is very friendly and clean and bright. I only waited 4 minutes before they took me back to the chair! The receptionist is very friendly and quick.
They seem to have all the latest and greatest machines and dentist toys – including a very cool little camera that looks like a pen. They put that in your mouth and take a bunch of photos of all your teeth and the photos show up instantly on the computer. Then you can see *exactly* what the problems are. Dr. J Brewer talked me through everything she was doing at all times.
I needed a couple of crowns. She’s very gentle and the procedure went well. She used to teach dentistry and it shows – she was telling me everything I needed to know which was nice.
Soon after I ended up having a root canal somewhere else and the temp caps fell off. Dr. Brewer called me on her day off to talk me through it, and then she ended up seeing me on a Saturday to fix things before the holiday!
I highly recommend Dr. Brewer’s office.

Went to Dr. Brewer and her daughter during college. I had my teeth cleaned right before graduating and was told I had 7 cavities, I was moving so I went to a dentist where I moved in the Bay Area to finish treatment. My new dentist examined my teeth and found I had NO cavities and only needed an old filling redone.
Now I have to wonder whether or not I ever had any of the so-​called «cavities» they filled.
Beware of their services.

This is actually a review for Dr Kelly Brewer — Dr Brewer’s daughter. I think she’s new to the practice — and a great addition!
I’ve worked with her a couple of times and she’s great! Personable, fun to talk to, and makes it enjoyable to go to the dentist. She does good cleanings with almost no discomfort. She also replaced 2 old fillings of mine and was really adamant making sure I was totally numb. She didn’t mind having to stop 3 times to keep numbing me. Even the injections weren’t bad — uncomfortable but not painful. She also explains absolutely everything she does and what you should feel — so you’re never caught off guard.
Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a dentist!

She’s really nice, takes the time to listen to your concerns, and is pretty gentle when she needs to drill. I *hate* dentists but like her.
