I cannot praise Dr. Anderson enough. She and her staff are skilled, knowledgable, personable, and are willing to go the extra mile for their patients. They also are excellent teachers – with their guidance my gums’ health has drastically improved and my teeth have never been healthier. (And it should be noted that I have had an intense fear of dentists from age 5.)

A++!! Dr Anderson and her staff are wonderful! I have a lot of dental fear & anxiety from bad dental experiences in the past and because of that, I have avoided dentists like the plague for the past 6 years or so. As you can imagine, a tooth started to hurt so I asked around and a colleague highly recommended Dr Anderson.
She made me feel at ease during my first appointment with her — she did a thorough exam and showed me pictures of my teeth with a detailed explanation of what was going on. Together WE came up with a dental plan that I felt comfortable with. No pressure. Her office is all about «relax» and making the experience as pleasant as possible… from kind and courteous staff to state of the art equipment to Bose headphones to «laughing gas» to oral conscious sedation for more invasive procedures. Dr Anderson even text and called me on a Friday night to see how I was feeling after a procedure I had that afternoon! Incredible! She truly cares about her patients and I feel so well taken care of, I will never go anywhere else.

Following the recommendation of a dental professional (a dental hygiene professor), I changed dental offices and I’m impressed with the services. What is evident is this is a practice with employees who really care.

I just had a terrible dentist appointment in a new city and all I could do was dream about how amazing Kim and her team are. Thorough, modern, kind, professional, talented (another dentist I had in yet another city remarked on her beautiful work). Everything you could ask for. I’m ready to start flying back to CA to see her and her great hygienists. Even when I was a broke graduate student I was willing to pay the out-​of-​network cost to see her. That’s saying something.

I’ve been going to this practice for several years now. I left the previous practice because it was… locked in the 1960’s, and I was tired of being treated like an idiot for asking questions about my dental health. This practice is the Shangri-​La of dentistry. There is a courteous, all-​female staff that bend over backward to ensure your physical and psychological comfort. The dental hygienist that cleans my teeth is personable, and very informative. Over time she has helped me gain a greater understanding of oral care and how to do the very best job caring for my oral health at home. I’ve needed a few cavities taken care of, and had one crown. I had a lot of bad and painful dental experiences when younger and am now a total weenie – I don’t want to experience any pain and I do not like even the idea of procedures. They went out of their way to use as much numbing agent and other techniques after listening to my fears and concerns. Never even felt the needle. It’s almost incredible how smooth and competent they all are. And the doctor continually reinvests in her practice… they have the latest technology in place of the uncomfortable old dinosaur equipment of decades ago (remember dental films? none of that here!). You get to see the images of your mouth and teeth on computer screens you can view, so you understand everything about your care. Also they try to keep patients happy during exams, offering everything from blankets to dark glasses to headphones so you can listen to Pandora stations on their iPods while you are being cared for. If you’re going anywhere else, why?

I love my dentist! She is incredibly thorough, and while she sometimes recommends more treatment than I’m willing to try, she always gives me alternatives and answers all of my questions, and I don’t feel undue pressure to have anything done that I’m not ready for. Unfortunately my new insurance is pretty crappy so my co-​pays are high, but I’d still see her even if I had to pay everything out of pocket.
