Never crowded, Karen is the Pilates instructor these days and I keep coming back. Quite challenging at times! I like that it’s Pilates core exercises with a bit of yoga for stretching and flexibility and even some cardio thrown in. Whether the extra «equipment» for the session is a resistance band, ring, block or ball, there are always options for less or more, modifications if you have shoulder issues or any other problems doing the movements. She even has a body sensor apparatus that measures your BMI, BMR, body fat percentage, visceral fat, skeletal muscle, and body «age.» Class doesn’t necessarily fly by since it is hard work but the music, atmosphere, and company keeps it low-​stress activity for sure.

This workout place is next to my office and it’s one of those back-​up workout places for me. It is nice because it is not busy but has everything you need — multiple types of cardio machines, weights, a workout room that is available without classes, a pool and showers.
Part of the building is a physical therapy area too, so it is accommodating to a few diffient kinds of groups.
It is nice and quiet, not too crowded. If you don’t care about the scene being hip and you are int he area at a convenient time, this has a little bit of everytiyng, and helps me work off the happy-​hour calories. DO IT.

I come here when I’m in town visiting my boyfriends family and it’s always a great experience. The staff is very friendly, the gym is clean and the equipment is plentiful and in good shape. On this visit, we were able to attend some pilates classes with Karen, which were awesome! Definitely take a class with her if you get the chance.

Staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Office and gym are regularly cleaned and machines are in good shape. Have never had a problem getting on treadmills or ellipticals — plenty for all. Have also worked with the personal trainers and PTs and they are awesome. I highly recommend this place.
