History

Established in 2010.

RC iPhone Repair has been around since 2010

We have started in a small office above Starbucks and grew into a larger store front next to Baskin Robbins.

When we started, we were refurbishing iPods and mainly repairing iPhone’s as we got bigger we manage to move into repairing more devices as Blackberry’s/HTC’s/Samsung’s/Motorola’s and Computer’s.

We are now certified on repairing motherboards, everything is done in-​house repair.

Our goal, satisfaction and bring great customer services to our customer’s and future customer’s

Please to meet you! Here to tell a little bit about myself.

I started this as a hobby of mine in High School which I took apart my first iPod inside and out; repaired my friends iPods to get more experience.

As I got more and more knowledge repairing and taking electronics apart, I took the next step and brought it to my profession; which takes a lot of hard work and dedication.

Learned from classes and certified in motherboard repair.

I stopped in to have my iPhone looked at because the screen had gone black. The two gentlemen took about 2 minutes and handed it back fixed. Wow. I was told it just needed to be reset. Great customer service! Thanks guys.

Did a great job on phone repair, fixed my cracked screen. Just felt awkward when I handed them my phone and they brought it to the back and told me «for you it’s gonna be $ 125». Tried to use the 10% discount to save a couple bucks but he charged me sales tax after so I only saved $ 3. Would appreciate more transparency in the customer service aspect here.

Beyond recommend them! I can’t say enough about my satisfaction as a customer. They are very approachable with a person like me who does not have any tech lingo at all. Fair, honest, efficient, timely, knowledgable … I seem to need their phone repair service pretty regularly due to my own clumsiness and such, and I would not think of going anywhere else.

Good service and my iPhone looks brand new. Taking off one star because after a month or so, there is a tiny lighter spot in the middle of my screen. But it’s mostly unnoticeable

My friend had the same issue where she was quoted a higher price despite bringing in a coupon. She even had to deal with RC’s odd price quoting where they refuse to discount after tax. The comments from the boss on the most recent reviews are unprofessional, misleading, and desperate. I’m also wary of the employees as they were calculating tax on their iPhones which had broken screens… hopelessly ironic. Maybe they were utilizing clients iPhones which makes me question this business even more. Try Free and For Sale if you’re a student, you can find someone to fix it for $ 50 and they won’t be uncomfortable and fraudulent with the pricing.

FRAUDULAENT BUSINESS!!! they write there own good reviews, I know this bc after submitting a bad review, two seconds later theres another good review. These people rip you off! I’m filing a complaint with the bbb (be careful here… it «looks» like they have a good rating with BBB, but if you dig deeper, you will see that the consumer who filed a complaint was NEVER satisfied. All this business did, was respond with their usual rhetoric b.s. and it gave them a good rating.) I will be talking to my bank to see what my rights are! They demand payment up front, so Even if u don’t like the work they do ur already screwed, bc receipt says NO MONEY BACK ON REPAIRS! They were «supposed» to have fixed my iPad and I picked it up it looked great. they said if theres any issues bring it back. Second day I had it, screen popped out. We brought it back to them to fix. They said ok it will be ready tomorrow. I pick it up and notice the screen STILL wants to pop out, and screen going HAYWIRE! AGAIN! They cant fix it the first, or SECOND time!!! they claimed they used a stronger adhesive and that there is some part inside the iPad that’s broken… they NEVER mentioned a broken piece when my husband picked it up the first time? it was implied that since they cannot actually repair the screen, (and it must be brought to the Apple store for good repairs) that there isn’t much they can do anymore! great! I pay you for a service and my device is STILL USELESS!!! my special needs son relies on this device to communicate his needs with us, these people don’t care WHO they take from!!! if the integrity is SO great as they claim, why didn’t they call us and give us the option of either A) they can half-​as* the job and pray it works good (Like they took it upon themselves to do OR B) «we will give you your money back for the screen bc we are unable to do a proper job!!!» they never even gave us options and just assumed we would be happy with the work they did!!! sneaky bastards! Well I hope their business bad karma!

Randy and the guys at RC iPhone Repair in Davis went above and beyond. My phone was basically obliterated (completely smashed screen and bent body), and they fixed the screen so I was able to retrieve all my files. Excellent service from very professional and helpful guys.

Went back today to get my phone fixed up and see what the problem was. They gave me a new screen and a really great tempered glass screen protector as well! It works so much better now and the touch on the screen is much more sensitive. The proximity sensor was also weak in my phone and they were nice enough to replace that for free of charge. Overall I’m satisfied with the end product and how my phone is functioning right now. It really seems like it’s brand new. Thank you so much for helping me with all the little details! They are definitely willing to try to please!

I’ve had 3 phones repaired here in the last month, one iPhone with a cracked screen and 2 Samsungs with bad charger ports. All three phones were fixed quickly and expertly, for a reasonable price. Both Randy and Jordan were friendly and very knowledgeable. This business stands behind their work; they told me they wouldn’t charge me if they couldn’t fix the phone as they diagnosed it and there’s a 90 day warranty on the repairs as well. I’m very pleased with this business and SO glad they’re in town.

This was the cheapest place I found to fix my phone I can all the way from Roseville driving about 35 minutes. I bought the 6 $ for 15 $ deal saving me just about the tax of the total. So I walked out with a beautiful working phone or about 120 $.
tips:
I tried to save money by ordering the screen to fix my cracked glass on my iPhone 6 all by myself… DON’T. I broke my lcd screen as well.
Also … Buy the 6 $ for 15 $
They were done in 25 minutes too! So quick, friendly, and not that 120 $ is cheap but the best deal for such a simple accident lol.

YAY for HONEST businesses! The first time I cracked my iPhone screen, RC fixed the screen in 45 minutes and placed an additional screen protector on the phone for no extra cost. I was out of town the second time I cracked my phone screen — yet I waited until I was in the area to come to RC since they did such a good/​fast job the first time. I dropped the phone off and came back an hour later. The employee behind the counter informed me that my phone wasn’t cracked — the screen protector was just scratched. He charged me NOTHING because he only took off my scratched screen protector. I was floored and beyond thankful to him — it would have been very easy for this employee to claim to have fixed the phone and charge me 60+ dollars (since I had left the shop and had no idea what repairs were done to my phone). In the end, I purchased another screen protector for my phone ($ 10). This business is more than deserving of five stars.

My girlfriend broke her iphone screen and we decided to try the place out. The place lives up to its reputation in good customer service! Repairs are going to be expensive so don’t be surprised. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. They finished fixing and replacing the screen in half an hour. Even if they mess up on something, they will gladly take your phone back and fix it for free of charge! I recommend this place if you need to fix your phone.
