Established in 2011.
After 20 years of working for others, my business partners and I decided that we would take our unique team approach and savvy business style to open First Street Real Estate! You will find dynamic enthusiastic professionals that love real estate. Everyone here loves their job and exudes their desire to make your real estate experience amazing! Plus we have beautiful office that is a downtown landmark with it’s attractive bungalow style and coral/white paint colors. We are located a few blocks from UCD on the corner of 1st & D Street.

As a partner in First Street Real Estate, I feel privileged to work with such a great team of dynamic professionals. I offer 20 years of experience with my history encompassing Pulte Homes sales associate, sales manager, and broker, and top performing sales associate with Coldwell Banker. I bring knowledge, professionalism, a great deal of enthusiasm and a personal touch to each of my transactions. I work with both Buyers and Sellers in all price ranges. Establishing long term relationships with clients is typical as I become a resource after the sale and a referral source when they need help. My husband and I moved to Davis in 1999. We have 2 boys and absolutely love living and working in Davis, CA. This progressive small town offers so much — an up and coming downtown with interesting shops and restaurants, UC Davis with all its vast resources and activities, the top ranked schools plus the proximity to Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, and Napa Valley.
