I had Conrad come over to clean my 4,000 square foot office building in downtown Davis– they showed up exactly on time on Saturday morning. They did a fantastic job stretching the carpets so they fit correctly (I think that the original installer probably was in a hurry or just the past six years have taken their toll). They then went through and removed a host of stains of marks that have been there for many years. I am completely impressed– I had been told by a previous carpet cleaning company that those stains could not come out.
None of the offices were ready for their arrival (we are kinda lazy that way) and Conrad and his helper moved all the furniture, got the rugs stretched, cleaned and then returned everything perfectly.
They did the job very professionally and well. I plan to use them again for my home immediately and would highly reccomend them to anyone who was interested in having their carpets cleaned and or stretched!
ps– the reason I am writing this is that the carpets look like they are new again– I had gotten used to the leprous mottled spots thinking I would have to replace the carpeting to make it look right. He saved me a fortune!
