In 2014, Shawn made his dream come true by becoming a REALTOR. He hit the ground running with doing over $ 3 million in sales in his first year. Shawn has over 10 years experience in sales, but he enjoys the past few years as a REALTOR the most. Whether it’s selling residential or commercial, Shawn has expertise in both areas. Shawn also specializes in helping buyers find their perfect homes.

Shawn Butzin wears many hats. His latest accomplishment is working as a REALTOR for Remax Real Estate Team. Shawn said, «Becoming a REALTOR was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I enjoy helping others and I enjoy being an entrepreneur.» Previous to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Shawn sold software for McAfee and Demand Foresight, both based out of Denver, Colorado, and he also helps run a small screen-​printing and embroidering business called Smudge Prints.

Shawn attended Michigan State University and Baker College, where he received his business degree in human resource management.

Some of Shawn’s hobbies include sports, hiking, canoeing, camping, playing guitars and drums, and reading about the real estate industry.
