History

Established in 2012.

Steve Barbadora is the president and CEO of 1^st Choice Homecare Inc. a southwestern Ohio based homecare company. Prior to starting his company, Steve was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and senior executive member of several large companies in the Dayton area.

Steve is a graduate of Wright State University, with degrees in both Accountancy and Finance. He is an avid tennis player and golfer in his free time. Steve has been involved with numerous charitable and volunteering organizations and he remains active in both his church and his community. Steve has been married to his lovely wife Kathy of 25 years and has three children.

Both Steve and Kathy’s experiences of taking care of their own parents and in-​laws are what led Steve to form his company. «I believe that my business is a calling. I take great joy in making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families who love them. I have a wonderful family of caregivers who truly care for families.
