If you want third class service, then A&N is just the place for you. I dropped off two wool suits to be tailored almost two weeks ago. When I had gone to pick them up earlier today, they still had not been pressed. I watched an employee press them and then IRON them! Wool is not to be ironed! What’s even worse is when I finally got back home, I realized they hadn’t even corrected the sleeves on one of the suits! Never again.
