A One Carpet & Tile

I had used Aone Flooring in the past and was satisfied. I was replacing the flooring in the entire house that I was remodeling. I called them, a representative came out took measurements, photos, and we discussed the entire job. A week later we went to their showroom and selected the flooring. The representative, Don, was then supposed to provide me with a written estimate. This was mid November 2015. After not hearing from Don for weeks and wanting to move my project along, I went somewhere else and had the flooring installed within a week. It is so STRANGE that Don wasted my time and his. He even drew up a nice diagram for the installation. Aone lost a sale of over $ 6,000.00. It is very difficult to understand. However, during this remodeling project I have encountered MANY contractors who fail to show up, return calls, keep me informed, do the work. Oh, they will take the money though.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AONE CARPET AND TILE AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. To this day I have never heard from Don since we went in the showroom.
