Checked in very few people staying. First rooms beds had black dirty stuff I’m them
Request a new clean room. pull back sheets to find stains and pubic hair. We left to find another hotel

Check in: Painless! No problems there.
Upstairs hallway smells of cigarette smoke. Really bad.
Room was very presentable. towels were soft, pillows were comfortable as was the bed. No cigarette smell like in the hallway.
Breakfast was… not great. We opened the container and there was 2 pitiful looking egg patties with three sausage links which were all clearly microwaved. We had three people.
All throughout breakfast people were walking in the inn, and everytime this loud obnoxious alarm would go off to alert the staff that someone walked in. Unfortunately the alarm was very disruptive and lengthy. Not pleseant for the people staying there

I paid $ 101 for a room with two beds and i’d say $ 50 would be more of a reasonable price, i didnt feel i got what i paid for.

It’s no ritz, but for the price it’s not a bad place to stay. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and very respectful. The eggs and sausage were a little scary to look at, so stick with the waffles. If this was a Holiday Inn or similar then I’d give 2 – 3 stars, but since it’s a Comfort Inn I gave it 4.

I like comfort inn but this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I woke up in the middle of the night because I couldn’t breath, I opened my room door and found out that they sprayed some kind of stuff (I would assume against roaches etc) at night in the hallways even when they have clients present. No wending machines and the breakfast is terrible.
Wifi goes in and out every 2 minutes and you can’t have a strong connection regardless of where you at in the hotel.

Stopped here while traveling east from Kansas. They were doing some remodeling but our room had already been redone. It was very nice and clean. and I would stay here again if we find ourselves in the Dayton area again.

What I need in a hotel at the end of a day’s drive is a friendly face (definite check), easy check-​in (check), clean room (you bet), sparkly clean tub (yes), ample hot water (got it), comfy bed (right), and an appealing if not elegant breakfast buffet (it’s here). All Comfort Inns look alike, plain brown rectangles with ho-​hum décor. It’s the hosts and their care to detail that makes the stay. And they were welcoming and careful.
A good stopping spot in Ohio, easy access, pleasant stay.

The Comfort Inn Northeast is a building in need of renovation. There’s not really a flattering angle for a beige rectangle on a parking lot, and the hotel’s promotional pictures reflect that. It has smoking rooms which is a boon for smokers and means that non smokers can still smell smoke, but not overpoweringly.
The staff really makes this hotel, though. It is family owned and run, and by the end of my week stay there I had gotten to know the manager and his family a little. Friendly staff really go a long way for me, and were the reason I stayed at this lackluster but comfortable hotel.
