What a joke! I turned over my property to them a new tenant to move in in 20 days. She took a video of the unit and wrote down her concerns and they were forwarded to company. Sent funds, more funds and more funds to get unit ready. Friday came and tenant took a 11 minute video of what she got. I immediately cancel my last payment of $ 300 and fired/​cancel the contract. I attempted 5 times to speak and received a bill for $ 1500 in which 5 5 gallon of white paint was attached-​for a 1 bedroom 700 sq ft apartment! I stated how they broke their contract and if they wanted to go to court lets go or just get rid of this ridiculous charge. 6 months later the send a bill for $ 500 and now I won’t contact them, but my attorney has. Stay away from this company.
